PIONEER WAY PARKING AND SITE REVISIONS - PL-SPR-2-0009 / PL-DR-23-0008

The proposal is for a change of use from Commercial Retail to Commercial Offices.  Exterior changes to the site include the installation of one ADA parking stall, an ADA access point into the building exterior lighting upgrades and landscape upgrades.  No expansion of the existing building is proposed or demolition of the existing garage.
