ROSEDALE HEIGHTS:  PL-SEPA-20-0009, PL-SPR-20-0006, PL-DR-20-0076, PL-ALP-22-0004, PL-BSP-21-0001 – Rosedale Heights

The project proposal consists of construction of one (1) duplex and four (4) single-family residences for a total of six (6) dwelling units on the 1.21-Acre site.   All six (6) dwelling units are intended for condominiumization.  Site will be accessed by a 20-foot shared easement granted from the abutting northern parcel which connects to Rosedale Street.
