The City of Gig Harbor proposes park related improvements to a vacant parcel.  The subject site is located within the Planned Community Development Business Park District (PCD-BP) and is within the Gig Harbor North Activity Center overlay.   A residential zone transition abuts the site on its western boundary.  The proposal includes the installation of drive aisles, parking, bike racks, landscaping, pedestrian paths, a playground, bocca and pickleball courts, a concessions and restroom building, covered picnic shelters, event lawn, and covered stage.
