Murphy's Landing Marina Dredging - PL-SEPA-22-0010 

The project will consist of dredging approximately 700 cubic yards of sediment to an approximate elevation of -1 O feet relative to mean

lower low water (MLLW). The purpose of the dredging is to restore the site to previous grades, facilitating boat access into and out of

the marina.

No structures will be placed in the water.

Conservation measure BMPs have been incorporated into the

project design to avoid and minimize short-term and long-term

impacts to listed species and their habitats in the action area.

As such, the project is self-mitigating and no additional mitigation

measures are required.
