The applicant proposes to remove Building “B” from the Olympic Commercial Center Binding Site Plan, recorded in 2012, and change the use of Building “A” to include the option for a restaurant as well as the previously approved bank. A Conditional use permit is required for the proposed restaurant drive-through.
After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, the City of Gig Harbor has determined the above proposal, with mitigation, will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.

A public hearing on the proposed project is scheduled before the City of Gig Harbor Hearing Examiner on September 6, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. Virtual Hearing. The public is invited to comment on this MDNS at the public hearing, or by submitting written comments to the above address no later than 5 PM on September 5, 2022. The deadline for appealing the final SEPA Threshold Determination is September 6, 2022.
