The proposal includes the short subdivision of one parcel (Assessor’s Parcel Number 0221061028) of approximately 4.41 acres into two lots of approximately 1.6 and 2.8 acres. The proposal also includes the development of a mixed-use multi-family complex consisting of 78 apartment units, a recreation building, and professional offices for lease, with associated parking and utility infrastructure. The use of the site will be encompassed in 6 new structures. An existing structure located on the site will be removed as part of the project’s development. Direct access to the site is provided from Burnham Drive abutting on the west via an ingress/egress and public utility easement.
