The proposal includes revisions to an approved site plan amendment application (PL-SPA-17-0009). The proposed improvements include the addition of accessible off-street parking, a revision to “Building B” which would allow for a 3-story ministorage structure of 57,750 square feet, enhanced landscaping, revisions to the previously approved fencing, and a septic system to serve an office located in “Building A.” The applicant is also proposing revisions to its previously approved parking lot serving the ministorage use of the site.
