On the 14th of January, 2019, the City Council of the City of Gig Harbor, passed Ordinance No. 1404, the main point of which may be summarized by its title as follows:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GIG HARBOR, WASHINGTON, ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF A TWO-DIMENSIONAL SILHOUETTE OF THE NATIVITY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
