Notice is hereby given that two public hearings have been scheduled to accept comments on the proposed Ordinance to update the Transportation Impact Fees Ordinance.
The first public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 beginning at 5:30 p.m. The second public hearing will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. The proposed Ordinance amends the formula used by the City of Gig Harbor to calculate Transportation Impact Fees, adopting a new project list as required by GHMC Section 19.12.120 for the calculation of Transportation Impact Fees, revisions to GHMC 19.12.120 and establishing a new schedule of Transportation Impact Fees.
All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and make their views known on the proposed Ordinance or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk no later than noon on Monday, November 26, 2018.
