The City Council will conduct a public hearing on Nov. 13, 2018 beginning at 5:00 p.m. to accept public comment regarding a draft ordinance relating to the updating of the Transportation Impact Fees Ordinance.
This Ordinance amends the formula used by the City
of Gig Harbor to calculate Transportation Impact Fees, adopting a new project list as required by GHMC Section 19.12.120 for the calculation of Transportation Impact Fees,
revisions to GHMC 19.12.120 and establishing a new schedule of Transportation Impact Fees.
The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers located in the Gig Harbor Civic Center at 3510 Grandview St. on Tues., Nov.
13, 2018 beginning at 5:00 p.m. All
interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and make their
views known on this proposal.
Copies of the draft Ordinance are available at no charge from the City of
Gig Harbor Public Works Department, 3510 Grandview St., Gig Harbor, WA 98335.
The public is invited to comment on this proposal at the scheduled hearing or
by submitting written comments to the City Clerk no later than noon on Nov. 13,
2018.
