The Hearing Examiner is appointed by Council for one year and is governed by Chapter 17.10 of the Gig Harbor Municipal Code. The Examiner interprets, reviews and implements land use regulations as provided by ordinance and may perform other quasi-judicial functions as are delegated by ordinance. The current Hearing Examiner is Stephen Causseaux.
