This 16.0 acre property is located on Wollochet Drive NW south of SR-16 and outside of existing city limits. The property was acquired by the city as mitigation for a proposed development project on the site in the year 2002.

 

The property contains a significant wetlands that collects and filters stormwater runoff from the surrounding lands. This portion of the property will be conserved and provided with interpretive trails by the developer in accordance with the annexation agreement. The original farmhouse and outbuildings for this property are located on an adjoining parcel that may also be included within the property transfer agreement.
