Harbor offers benefit options to employees and their dependents.
These benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription.
For the employee, there is life insurance and long-term
disability coverage.
The medical insurance
covers alternative therapies as well as chiropractic.
The dental policy has an orthodontic benefit, and there
is an employee assistance program available to both the
employee and family members.
Employees have
the option to purchase AFLAC policies or join the local
health club through a payroll deduction program.
All employees
are required by law to participate in the Washington State
Department of Retirement Systems' programs and have the
option to participate in the ICMA 457 Deferred Compensation
Program or a Roth IRA program. |
